These are best provided by phone and are available at shorter notice than longer forms of supervision. Charged at 15 minute increments ($50 +GST), this can be a great way to have a quick checkin!

For those who prefer longer term supervision, a plan of monthly to bi-monthly sessions.
Ideal for those slower based philosophical discussions, deeper rooted longer term patterns or cycles of transference and/or projection are best processed in session with time for growth before your next visit.

Approach.
Rebecca is a mother of two preschoolers, step-mum of three (primary & teen) and practicing Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor living and breathing rural life on a 6th generation mixed grazing property in New England NSW. Having experienced birthing her daughter on an ambulance plane at 33 weeks, a stint in NICU and navigating a second high risk pregnancy in the bush Rebecca is passionate about bringing mental health services to rural women, mothers and step-mothers. Building a thriving private practice providing support telehealth nationally, and face to face in Uralla, NSW - Rebecca now offer supervision to psychologists across Australia wanting to define a niche area of practice, navigate private practice, while building a thriving referral list, and working complex ethical considerations.

Rebecca has completed several Bachelor’s degrees in Business, Arts and Psychology, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is a PsychBA approved Supervisor. As a Clinical Psychologist Rebecca employs a person-centred, motivational, and strengths based approach that is guided by the principals of positive psychology and mindfulness philosophies. Rebecca works from the secure base of a therapeutic alliance fostered in the evidence based understanding that the client is the expert of their own experience and fostering a strong therapeutic alliance is the main factor for achieving positive change in my client’s lives. Whether it’s online or in-person, Rebecca aims to create an inclusive, open-minded and relaxed session space that makes you feel comfortable, safe and heard.

Rebecca is experienced in working with high risk groups facilitating AOD day rehabilitation programs, domestic and sexual violence crisis response, risk assessment, trauma counselling, sleep disorder management, cognitive therapy (CBT, ACT & DBT) in addition to Schema, motivational interviewing and more! With the unique perspective of a clinician navigating private practice in a rural context.
Rebecca now works primarily with rural women across the lifespan with a special interest in working with mothers. Rebecca has also undertaken varied public speaking engagements presenting on topics of research interest for professional associations, community groups, educational institutions as well as conferences nationally and abroad.
