Rebecca believes it is important to be able to access services as well as having some options for self management when you need it most.

    Rebecca’s clinical training has focused on clinical assessment & diagnosis of a range of sleep disorders & mental health conditions, Having completed clinical training developing expertise in the treatment of the full range of sleep disorders at the Respiratory and Sleep Medicine Centre at the Austin Hospital Melbourne, in addition to writing extensively in the field of circadian rhythms, Rebecca understands the clinical biological basis for sleep, achieving better sleep and the behavioural challenges that may be preventing you from getting a restful and fulfilling night.

    Do you always feel like you are on repeat?

    Kids thrive on routine & feeling like they have responsibility, (..and autonomy). Having a ‘plan’ in an accessible space allows for autonomy but also teaches routine.

    Including morning and afternoon routine lists, and a pack list to encourage autonomous task completion with minimal redirection..
